The pilot

One domaine.

This domaine serves as our pilot to test our regenerative transition methodology.

Where it is already running

Domaine des 30 Arpents.

Around 1,600 hectares east of Paris. Seven activities on one perimeter: livestock, crops, a cheese dairy, maintenance, a forest, hunting, administration. A multi-activity domaine.

Nine centuries of worked land, in the family since 1829, home of the only farm-made Brie de Meaux AOP.

In 2025 it engaged its regenerative transition: seven activities read, and changed, as one living system.

One domaine, read as one system.

For most of its life, each activity ran on its own, little flowing between the poles. The transition rewires them, so each pole feeds and reinforces the others.

The domaine's seven activities, read as one system A ring links the domaine's seven activities — livestock, crops, the cheese dairy, maintenance, the forest, hunting and administration — around one central hub, "the domaine, one system". Chords connect every activity to every other, so each feeds and reinforces the rest. Livestock Crops Cheese dairy Maintenance Forest Hunting Admin The domaine ONE SYSTEM
The domaine of tomorrow: one system, where each pole feeds and reinforces the others.

We mapped the system to find the leverage points.

Before designing the transition, we mapped the domaine as one system: farm, forest and human capital, feeding one reinforcing engine of regenerative practices. The map marks the leverage points, where one precise intervention multiplies across the whole. The transition is designed around them.

Three domains, one reinforcing engine, eight leverage points. That is where the transition presses first.

Three phases of transition. Ten years.

Three phases of transition over ten years, 2026 to 2036 A ten-year timeline from 2026 to 2036, in three phases. Phase 1, 2026 to 2029: de-risk, stabilise, quick wins. Phase 2, 2030 to 2033: deep transition, systemic integration. Phase 3, 2034 to 2036: fully regenerative, and open. PHASE 1 2026 · 2029 De-risk, stabilise, quick wins PHASE 2 2030 · 2033 Deep transition, systemic integration PHASE 3 2034 · 2036 Fully regenerative, and open 2026 2028 2030 2032 2034 2036
We track the transition, and we measure the impact, year by year.
