What we do

We plan it, fund it, experience it, and measure it.

Four layers, one operation. Each one removes a reason a healing farm goes back.

What we do

Four layers, one operation. Each one holds the others up.

Each layer removes a reason the farmer went back.

Each one makes the others possible. Each one interacts with all the others.

Plan it

Natural Capital Advisory · the fieldwork layer

We plan the switch, and stay through it.

We offer advisory services on the transition of natural capital assets.

  • We map the whole operation before changing any part of it: soil, water, herds, woodland, energy, labour, buyers and the balance sheet.
  • We look for the leverage points, where one precise intervention has a multiplier effect at the scale of the whole estate, and we sequence the work around them.
  • We monetise the natural capital to find ways to reduce the cost of the transition, and we support the client through the early critical years.
  • We explore the fullest potential of natural capital, supporting positive value creation and everlasting regeneration.

Ten years, three phases. We track the transition, and we measure the impact.

Fund it

Systemic Investment · the capital layer

We invest where one euro goes furthest.

Systemic research pinpoints where capital has the highest leverage. We build a blended portfolio around that point, so one euro invested carries a multiplier effect through the system.

Removes · the income gap · the bank that will not lend

Four instruments, one portfolio

  • Philanthropy goes where risk is too high and evidence too thin for anyone else. It buys proof, nurtures farmer networks and sparks the innovation the rest can scale.
  • Nature real assets protect the land and carry the regenerative transition itself, while nature credits turn verified outcomes into revenue.
  • Private credit carries the transition years, priced against the land and the plan rather than this year’s yield.
  • Strategic equity scales what makes transition possible: enabling technologies, market-making infrastructure, aggregation platforms.

Each investment is built to amplify the others, orchestrating for value creation and system change while diversifying risk and liquidity profiles. One metabolism, each position chosen for being the most adapted instrument and for what it adds to the others.

Systemic research finds the point. The blend is designed around it, and every position is built to amplify the others.

Experience it

Community & Scenes · the movement layer

We put people on the land.

A regenerative place inside a conventional system stays fragile. So we bring farmers, buyers, scientists and investors onto the land, where regeneration is lived rather than described, and we change the conditions around it.

Removes · isolation · the neighbour who still sprays · the buyer who pays commodity price

  • Farmers who have already done it teach faster than any report, and they are believed.
  • A buyer who understands the product will sign a longer contract at a better price.
  • Neighbours who switch together change a whole catchment instead of one field.
  • We convene scientists, investors, owners and practitioners on the land itself, through workshops, experiences, services and products.

The edges decide whether one place can stay different. We convene them, and we connect them to each other.

Measure it

Intelligence Library · the knowledge layer

We make it measurable, so it becomes fundable.

Nothing gets financed at scale until it can be priced. Nothing gets priced until it can be measured.

Removes · no proof, so no price, so no capital

  • We gather the research, publish the methods, and score real assets with the Regeneration Index.
  • Then a lender sees a trajectory instead of a promise.
  • A buyer can verify a claim.
  • A credit can be issued against a result.
  • We publish what fails as well as what works, because an evidence base that only contains successes is marketing.

Run it backwards and nothing moves. That is why we start at the left.

In one page

Exactly what we do.

Four layers, on one piece of land, at the same time.

Plan it

We advise on the transition of natural capital assets: we map the whole estate, act on the leverage points where one precise intervention multiplies across it, monetise the natural capital to bring the cost of the transition down, and track the transition, measuring the impact.

Fund it

We invest where systemic research says one euro moves the most, blending philanthropy, nature real assets, private credit and strategic equity so each position amplifies the others.

Experience it

We bring people onto the land, where regeneration is lived rather than described: owners, clients, buyers, lenders, investors, scientists, practitioners, neighbours. And we change the conditions around it, so the recovery is not carrying the cost of being different.

Measure it

We score the result every year on the Regeneration Index, four pillars on a scale where zero means it can now sustain itself. We publish the method, and we publish what did not work.

We stop when the land no longer needs us, and the economics no longer need us either.
